“Costume Jewellry Udaymi” was a two-week program in November-December 2020 aimed to teach mothers of CWSN and other vulnerable women the basics of running a small business making costume jewellery. The training was conducted under the aegis of Indian Bank- RSETI.

Participants were taught various skills apart from making different kinds of jewellery using sustainable materials. During the course all the participants were taught various designs and techniques (theoretical as well as practical). The training covered designs such as rings, chains, bangles, necklace, earrings, and dollars, the inner and outer designs as well as assembling of jewellery. Apart from these, the training also dealt with marketing and sales of products (offline and online), record keeping, human resources, time management, entrepreneur skills, and accounts and banking.
